Depends on what connection you are looking to get, I have the top fibre to the home package at €96 a month. Not aware of any special offers, sorry.
A side note, the internet is branching on the best home internet I have ever experienced, apart from the occasional DNS issue, (which you can get by using OpenDNS servers) its quite fantastic.
