What is Magnet PCTV and how does it work? Help! I'm not getting any channels displayed. What's going on? All I get is a message saying: "There appears to be a technical problem with this channel". What's wrong? I want to change my account details. What do I do?
It's TV that comes through your broadband connection rather than a conventional aerial, satellite dish or cable. You get to watch some great channels and listen to Radio as often as you want on as many PC’s and MAC’s as you want for FREE. All you need to do is connect to your Magnet Broadband connection as normal and you’re away.
If you can sign in and all other features work, but you can't see any channels it's possible that you're not on a network where the service is available right now. Magnet PCTV only works on the Magnet Network.
It sounds like the firewall on your PC might be stopping Magnet PCTV getting through. Closing down Magnet PCTV and resetting your firewall to its default settings should solve the problem.
